"Your body is not the problem.
It is the pathway back."
Trauma-informed yoga, mindful movement, therapeutic salsa and somatic healing — designed to return you to safety, one breath at a time.
Trauma lives in the body.
So does the path to healing.
Trauma doesn't only live in memory. It stays in the body — in chronic tension, shallow breath, braced muscles, and a nervous system that never fully rested. Traditional approaches work top-down, through the mind. Movement works from the ground up.
Through gentle, intentional practice, we help you re-enter your body with curiosity — not fear. No performance. No push. Just presence, breath, and the gradual return of safety.
Each modality is a therapeutic tool — never entertainment, always healing.
Grounding, balance, restoration. A choice-based practice that asks nothing and offers everything — at your own pace.
Therapeutic YogaSlow, fluid, listening. Moving with your body — restoring a sense of ease and agency from within.
Movement PracticeDance as emotional language — not performance. Reconnect with joy and safe social presence through rhythm.
Dance TherapyBottom-up healing — gently releasing what the body has been holding, honoring your nervous system's timeline.
Somatic HealingEach session builds on the last — from understanding, through embodied practice, toward integration. No prior experience required. Just willingness.
"All practices are offered as invitations. You choose what feels right."
Understanding what trauma is, where it lives, and why movement is such a powerful pathway in. Top-down vs. bottom-up therapy, resilience frameworks.
Grounding through the feet. Tree pose for focus. Child's pose for safety. Final relaxation for nervous system integration. Every posture chosen with care.
Rhythm and movement for emotional expression, body confidence, and joyful social reconnection — not performance, always therapeutic practice.
A gentle closing practice to bring everything together — body, breath, and presence — so you return to daily life feeling grounded and whole.
